Cindicator is a scam? In March he was delisted from Binance!

Cindicator looks like a promising token. The project was founded in 2015, Cindicator builds predictive analysis by combining collective intelligence and machine learning models.

However, in the last year CND has managed to reach 0.02 euro, and now it is trading on several digital exchange offices at 0.00091 euro / CND.

Is Cindicator a scam? Or will it recover after the launch of CND DAO ?

There are some unanswered questions, but the fact that CND was delisted from Binance makes me lose confidence in this project, in which I have invested.
